Bombardier Inc. (TSX:BBD.B) inched closer to formal development of its CSeries commercial aircraft Wednesday as it set 2013 as the service target date for the plane and said it continues to refine its business plan, develop new manufacturing options and seek partnerships to ensure the success of the US$2 billion project.
